- Please allow 24-72 hours for order processing.

- Merchandise can be returned within 14 days of purchase to receive a full refund and 30 days of purchase for store credit.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have original tags.
- Items must be free of marks, makeup, perfumes, strong odors, deodorant, smoke, and animal hair.
- Items must be in original packaging.
- Footwear without the original box cannot be returned. Footwear must be in its original boxes, free of postage labels. Shoe returns without the original box will be shipped back to the customer without a refund.
- Items showing signs of wear and damage will be returned to the customer with no refund.
- The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs on returns and exchanges.
- All shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Items not in original condition or returned out of the 14-day return window will be refused.
- Sale items may not be returned.

- We do not pay for return shipping.

- Items marked as a sale with a slashed sale price.
- Discounted merchandise purchased with a discount code and/or automatic discount.

- Yes! Include packing slips from both orders when returning.

- During the checkout process, enter your code in the box β€œGift Card or Discount Code.” Please note that only one discount code can be redeemed per order.

In-store gift cards can only be used in-stores. Electronic gift cards can only be used online.
